Habit 6, synergize, is about everybody of different personalities or race don't criticise each other for not being exactly alike. There are seven different learning skills that if put together, comes out with ideas that work for everything. Here are those learning skills:
Linguistic:when someone learns through reading, writing, and telling stories. That person would learn S.S. through reading a story about the attack on Pearl Harbor or something, not through the teacher standing up and teaching.
Logical:when someone learns through logic, pattern, and category. This person would learn through statistics written on a board.
Bodily:when someone learns through bodily sensations or touching. That person would learn by having a 3D model in there hands measuring and so on.
Spatial:when someone learns through images and pictures. In math this person would need a picture of the object.
Musical:when someone learns through sound and rhythm. This person could learn through a song.
Interpersonal:when someone learns through interaction and communication with others. This person would learn through a group activity.
Intrapersonal:when someone learns through their own feelings. That person would learn best working alone.
All of these learning skills are very different but when put together and accepted, can come out with many possibilities.
