Results of not putting first things first

The results of not putting first things first are very bad. Putting first things first is like having a plan for your future, and you know what kind of path you want to go down. If you don't have a plan you might go down a wrong path and end up somewhere you hate. You could be a teacher when the thing you loved is being a secretary. You need to plan all of the big things in life, and then plan all of your small unimportant things around it. That doesn't mean you plan everything our going to do twenty years from now, you have to now what you want to do in twenty years so you have a general idea.
