Thinking win-win is when all people win in a situation where they have different ideas of what to do. A situation is where your on at a soccer game and the other team scores a goal. A win-lose situation for this is where you start yelling at the other team and say they cheated when they didn't. A lose-win situation would be you saying that's OK, and go ahead and win I'll let you. A win-win situation is much better, you would say good job and you will try hard to win, but not pumble the other team around. In a win-win situation everybody wins. Thinking win-win exercises your leadership skills and your life better.
