Sharpen the Body

No I do not literaly mean you sharpen your body, I mean make your body, in a physical state, better or renew your body. Renewing your body is to get more energy. With all of the habits it is hard to do them without any energy, or a healthy body. To get more energy some options are to stretch, eat healty, play sports and even relax in the bathtub. Those are just some of the options of many. After a good workout, you can get a good nights sleep and be able to have the energy to do all the things you need to do. Before you work out you need to stretch so you don't get sore and not be able to do the things you need to do.

Eating healthy is very important to keeping your body healthy. There are three different types of food pyramids. Rabbit food pyramid, junk food pyramid, and the most balanced, USDA food pyramid. Rabbit food pyramid consists of hard core diet like water, sprouts, small rocks, and even bark. Junk food pyramid consists of only burgers and fries, chocolate, soda, and chips. If you stick with one of those your body won't be healthy and happy at the same time. The best one of all, USDA food pyramid, consists of wheats, vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy, and sweets. If you follow that food pyramid, your body will be healthy and happy at the same time. After all of the hard work of the day, you can go in the bath tub and renew yourself for the next day.
